Addressing the Doubt Surrounding Information Regarding ONPASSIVE and Mr. Kamal

An open letter to ONPASSIVE Founders

We feel it's important to address ONPASSIVE Founders and others who are distrustful or wary of the information we have been releasing regarding the company, its officers, and adjacent players in the ongoing saga started by Ashraf "Ash" Mufareh.

We understand that there is so much fake news, websites, YouTube channels, and social media accounts that exist solely to get clicks, attention, and, ultimately, advertising revenue. Simply put, that is not part of our manifesto. We don't do what we do to seek attention or money. As a team, we have been following multi-level marketing schemes, scams, and other exploitative businesses for years. ONPASSIVE just so happens to be of the largest - in our opinions - questionable "business" opportunities that gets very little coverage and attention from others, despite the fact it has impacted many more people than most "mainstream" MLMs and online business opportunities.

Most companies that are in the spotlights of other creators have far fewer participants, and those companies target a much different demographic than ONPASSIVE. The ONPASSIVE Founder/participant cohort is comprised of more financially vulnerable individuals with demographics in vastly different markets than most companies that receive extensive coverage by others. We feel it is important to cover ONPASSIVE for many reasons, but one primary reason is to help those individual participants impacted by the six-and-a-half-year journey that has yet to fulfill any of its alleged missions or long-term promises.

We do not "bash" or "hate on" ONPASSIVE, OnFusion, Mr. Mufareh, Mr. Kamal, Leadership Council members, and related parties. We provide information we feel should be brought to light so that Founders can make their own informed decisions regarding their continued participation in the opportunity. We feel it is important for Founders to have access to viewpoints and information that, at most times, differ from those Founders receive from the indoctrinating and mostly useless non-stop webinars, "updates," and rehashed talking points they are fed from The Company, its executives, and Leaders.

Whether Founders choose to believe the information we provide or choose to question and ignore it, it does not impact our desire to continue doing what we do. After over six years of the immense falsehoods told, timelines missed, product launch failures, and commission payout promises unfulfilled, it is more vital than ever for us to bring Founders true information. We understand many Founders, after years of repeatedly being sold a life of untold wealth and hope, do not wish to hear or see many truths that have been hidden by the supposedly infallible Mr. Mufareh, his teams, and his loyal Leaders and followers. We cannot force anyone to believe a certain way, and we do not intend to do so. We simply want to provide accurate, truthful information to those who wish to look outside the safe space and positivity bubble Mr. Mufareh and Leaders have created.

That being said, there has been a lot of doubt about the information we released last week regarding ONPASSIVE Technologies LLC, the Dubai and MENA operating corporation and subsidiaries owned and controlled by Mister Mohamed Kamal Anwar Mohamed, and the ongoing investigations and charges brought forth by law enforcement into criminal money laundering. It is understandable why there is so much doubt about the accuracy of the information we have released, particularly given the constant reassurance by Mr. Mufareh and Leaders that everything is fine, under control, and that those promises of untold wealth are just around the corner.

Collectively, we are constantly working to provide information we feel is important to get into view of Founders and the public. While we know and possess significantly more information than we can publicly share at this time, we must balance public disclosure against protecting ongoing investigations, the safety and identities of our sources, and the identity of those organizations across the world with which we reciprocally exchange discoveries and information. We are extremely selective about the information disseminated, and time the release of information carefully, often at the request of sources and partners with whom we work.

While we wish we could publish the thousands of pages of documents, transcripts of our discussions with sources, and other material produced after many thousands of hours of research, we simply cannot do so. However, we can assure you that we fully vet the source information received. Doubt is welcome, and encouraged, but we will not waver from providing updates as we are able to do so in a sound, ethical, and in a manner with probity.

All that being said, to help remove some of the doubt regarding the information regarding ONPASSIVE Technologies LLC and Mr. Kamal's situation, we have decided to provide a redacted copy of a single page of the source material upon which our article was based. There are hundreds of pages of additional documents and many hours of discussions with sources and partners from which that information was sourced and distilled but are unable to publicly disclose. We hope that this small piece of source material will help ease any doubts about the claims published, and information that will be released soon.

Information, Not Answers!

We seek to provide honest information we can stand behind to ONPASSIVE Founders to make their own informed decisions. While we can appreciate and empathize with the positions Founders find themselves in, we cannot provide them with answers or solutions. We, along with a few other creators and critics, have been publicly sharing our communal doubts and criticisms about the ONPASSIVE opportunity, the claims made by The Company, Mr. Mufareh, and Leaders. Founders were conditioned to believe that anybody who said one negative word about ONPASSIVE, Mr. Mufareh, or other Founders were enemies who were to be ignored and, in some cases, retaliated against. We and others continued to provide our honest opinions and facts which directly contradicted what Founders were told they had to believe. Despite the horrific behavior and rhetoric of Mr. Mufareh, Leaders, and many Founders directed toward critics, all of us continued speaking out.

Following the "successful" launch of the ONPASSIVE Ecosytem (OES) and the commercial launch of O-COnnect, prominent ONPASSIVE Leaders like Chris Johnson publicly made comments how naysayers and critics could eat their words and admit they were wrong, albeit it in much more colorful terms, especially from men claiming to be of God, love, and respect. Many Founders were telling not only public naysayers but also their friends and families they had been proven wrong and they were soon to be wealthy, successful, and free of lives of suffering.

Now things have fallen apart in ONPASSIVE. It's been over seven months since ONPASSIVE had any products for sale or a proper website. It's been over seven months since The Company, Mr. Mufareh, and ONPASSIVE Leaders have provided any concreted updates with firm timelines, plans, solutions, and definitely no honest, serious talk about how Founders will be paid the commissions they earned and are owed.

Now many Founders, who used to despise and pay no attention to critics' advice and valid opinions, are asking those very same critics - us included - to solve their problems. This is not only disrespectful; it is beyond unacceptable and unreasonable. Why is it the responsibility of critics to solve the problems Founders created for themselves? Why is it the responsibility of critics to tell Founders what they need to do? Why, all of the sudden, are critics being trusted by Founders?

We spend much more time than any Founder will realize behind the scenes assisting the right people in their efforts to right the wrongs committed by The Company, Mr. Mufareh, and Leaders. We cannot do more than we already have done and continue doing.

Individual Founders previously made the decision to join the ONPASSIVE opportunity, invest their $97 for a Founder position, and another $143 for an O-Connect subscription. Founders personally chose to make the decisions they made. We and other critics played no part in Founders' decisions to spend their money, believe the promises made, keep engaging after countless promises fell through, and spending more money and valuable time they will never get back, were all made on their own despite what critics said.

We and other critics can only provide to Founders information. We are not here to - and cannot alone solve - the problems Founders ultimately created for themselves. We know many Founders were given questionable information, promises, and hopes, in an effort for their upline to bring them into ONPASSIVE. If you are an ONPASSIVE Founder seeking answers or help for the situation you find yourself in, do not ask us or critics for help.

If you need solutions or answers, ask and hold to account the correct people:

• The individuals who convinced you to join the ONPASSIVE opportunity. The Leadership Council members who made presentations painting a picture of wealth and freedom.
• The Leadership Council members who continue telling you, despite all appearances, that wealth and freedom are still coming.
• The Leadership Council members who tell you the only hope for you to be successful is to be 100% committed to ONPASSIVE, to ignore critics, friends, and even family who are not 100% on board with your continued involvement in ONPASSIVE.
• Mr. Mufareh, the man whose brilliance and hard work created and is ultimately 100% responsible for what has happened with The Company since its inception, including getting Founders into the situation they currently find themselves.
